![]() ![]() They kept a $50.00 deposit for each night i stayed totaling $100.00 for room service or movies, if we used them. I visited this sorry casino for my birthday for 2 nights. So on this note i or any of my friends or family will NEVER give soaring eagle business. I have been overly patient and they should still take care of business. ![]() I stressfully explained i need this money for essential items and food in my household. Why not? What is he doing? We can't go ANYWHERE. I called them back and yet another customer service rep said they could not reach the accountant. Still 5 hours later, account still overdrawn and no phone call. Been trying to call for 3 weeks, just reached someone today and says she'd take care of it an call the punk accountant who is suppose to be working from home. Here we are 1and a half month later and since they are not making money due stay at home order, tbe think they can keep mines. She was making a notation on my hotel account for me and everything would fall into place. I called the front desk and the customer service rep told me it tales 14 days to be returned to my account. Upon returning home i reviewed my checking account and immediately took notice to it being $100.00 short.
